Your website often welcomes someone who is still deciding. They have seen a post, searched for a treatment or want to know who will see them before they call. Give them a thoughtful introduction: a clinic they can recognise, information they can understand and a comfortable way to request a first consultation. We design aesthetic clinic websites around that moment, from the content to the final button.
At Lead The Mood, we work on strategy, design and development with the Code Barcelona team. We can prepare a website for a new opening or replace one that has served its time. We start with the services you want to explain, the people providing them and the way your reception team works. That gives us the basis for the pages, copy and visual direction. We begin drawing the homepage when we know what it needs to say.
A page to help with each decision
We organise your services so visitors can find their way without already knowing your terminology. Treatment pages explain what the service involves, who provides it and how a consultation is approached, using information reviewed by the clinical team. Practitioner profiles, photographs of the space and contact details support that journey. For clinics with several locations or languages, we agree which subjects need their own page and which information should remain consistent across the site.
The group’s work for GEMA Centres Mèdics brings specialties, practitioners and medical centres into a shared digital experience. It shows how we organise healthcare information: helping someone find the appropriate service and continue towards requesting an appointment. An aesthetic clinic will need a different site map, but the design question remains specific: what does this person need to understand here, and what useful next step can we offer them?

- The serviceWhat the clinic offers and its approach
- The teamWho will see you and their role
- The visitWhere the clinic is and what to expect
- The contactHow to request a first consultation
Make the clinic feel familiar before the visit
Identity comes through in photographs, colours, the space given to an explanation and the way you introduce the team. We design a website that belongs alongside the real clinic and your wider communication. If you need new photography, we plan the session around where each image will appear. A practitioner portrait and a homepage image need different compositions; making those decisions before the shoot gives the design much more room to work.
For Esblada Medical, an anatomical pathology technology provider, the group developed a corporate website with a solutions catalogue. The case illustrates product information organised within a digital presentation. Your clinic will receive its own design, reviewed on mobile as well as desktop: text size, contrast, navigation and the position of contact options. Images and movement should support reading and leave people comfortable using the page.

The button needs to reach someone who can respond
We define contact with reception before building it. That might mean a callback request, an enquiry form, a phone link or the appointment platform your clinic already uses. A request awaiting confirmation and a booking against live availability need different screens and messages. If an external platform needs connecting, we review its capabilities and specify the integration and licences. Visitors can then understand what they have submitted and what response to expect.
We design forms with understandable fields, visible instructions and useful error messages, following principles such as those in the W3C forms tutorial. We check the journey using a keyboard and a phone, and verify that messages reach their destination. We also agree which contacts can be measured and how reception will confirm their progress: a click on a contact link and a confirmed appointment are different stages.
A website your team can use after launch day
We usually develop custom WordPress websites, preparing editable areas around the changes your team will need to make. Images, loading, page structure and language versions are addressed within the agreed scope. Before launch, we review menus, forms, links, screens and content with the clinic. One person collects the centre’s feedback, while clinical questions go to the responsible practitioner. The schedule allows time for those reviews and for any outstanding material to arrive.
When replacing an existing site, we inventory its pages and check which attract search visits or have incoming links. We keep useful addresses and plan relevant destinations for those that change, following the approach to URL mapping and redirects documented by Google. Launch includes checking these journeys and arranging monitoring. Ongoing SEO for aesthetic clinics can then continue with its own priorities and scope.

Put what is included in writing
The quotation specifies the pages and page types, languages, copy, images, functions and review rounds. It also covers migration, training and each party’s responsibilities. As a reference, our general website design and development service lists corporate projects from €6,000; your clinic’s proposal is priced for its particular brief. Photography, integrations and translation are itemised so you can assess the complete project.
Handover identifies access details, the domain, hosting and licences used, with training for the agreed tasks. Maintenance and subsequent improvements have their own scope and terms. If you want the new site coordinated with content production and acquisition, we can organise that through our aesthetic clinic marketing service. One project can prepare the way for the next while keeping the current commission clearly defined.
Let’s see what your next website needs to explain
Send us your current website, if you have one, and tell us which services, locations and languages the new site should cover. We would like to understand how you handle enquiries and which materials are ready. From there, we can propose an initial site map, the missing pieces and a design and development scope for you to review.
