The challenge

A food brand that needed to sell directly to the end consumer, with a configurable menu and delivery or pickup ordering, without losing the careful positioning of its category.

What we did

A custom online store with a menu the team can configure themselves, an ordering flow built for delivery and pickup, and a mobile-first product experience.

The result

A direct sales channel that works the same for a one-off order as for a business account, giving the brand independence from delivery platforms.
