Aesthetic Clinic Marketing Costs for 2027: Agency Services and Budgets

Plan aesthetic clinic marketing for 2027. Compare SEO, social production and campaigns with a complete illustrative budget and defined approval process.

Aesthetic clinic marketing in 2027 needs a budget tied to specific work: clearer website information, content production, campaign management and a usable enquiry process. Hiring an agency delegates part of that work. The clinic still supplies professional knowledge, approves its information and answers prospective patients.

Lead The Mood publishes SEO for clinics from €690 per month and clinic social media management from €750 per month, depending on scope. These are current starting prices, excluding VAT. Combining SEO, social media, advertising and production needs a defined proposal; adding two starting fees does not establish the assignment.

Published prices and service scope

English-language specialist offers help show what can be commissioned, while covering different markets and delivery models. US med spa packages provide a useful comparison with aesthetic clinic services, rather than directly transferable European rates. We retain original currencies. Confirm taxes, additional charges and the specific work with each supplier.

Published offer Reference price Scope to compare
LTM: clinic SEO From €690/month Local search and pages, scoped for the clinic.
LTM: clinic social media From €750/month Channels, content and production to be defined.
Lifted Websites, US US$800/month, Local SEO One location, local profile, pages and tracking. It explicitly excludes running the Instagram feed.
Med Spa Marketing SEO, US US$2,850/month, Metro Foundation One location, local profile, four procedure groups, review requests, missed-call handling and reports.

An SEO service is a different purchase from delegating social production, advertising and reception. A larger retainer alone does not establish that you need the wider scope. Request identifiable tasks and a clear explanation of what remains with your team.

Start with the clinic’s capacity

A new clinic needs to introduce itself, explain its location and prepare the first-enquiry journey. An established practice may want more organised communication or enquiries for a service with appointment availability. Define that starting point before choosing the channel mix.

For each priority service, the clinic needs to establish what information it can communicate, who approves it and how prospective patients will be answered. The agency develops that knowledge into pages, assets and campaigns. Assessing an individual’s clinical situation remains the responsibility of the clinical team.

Appointment capacity shapes the plan. If a service has no availability, agree what the website communicates and how reception responds. Campaign activity without that decision can generate enquiries the team has no agreed process for handling.

Define the agency’s deliverables

A proposal can combine search research, page improvements, the local profile, photo and video production, social content, campaigns and reporting. Each item needs an identifiable output and frequency. A general promise to manage clinic communication leaves too much unresolved for comparing quotes.

  • Pages: which are reviewed, who supplies information and who publishes.
  • Production: sessions, duration, location and original pieces.
  • Campaigns: channel, service, advertisements and enquiry destination.
  • Coordination: approvals, changes and the appointment team’s contact.
  • Reporting: completed work, available data and next-cycle decisions.

Check whether the service supplies recommendations or implementation. A content review may finish with a document. Another proposal includes writing, layout and publication. Both need an assigned person to complete work outside the provider’s scope.

Give local search a defined brief

Check whether pages explain the service, location, team and next step. Practical information helps someone assess the clinic before making contact. Use actual service names and areas served, with clinical explanations approved by the appropriate professional.

The local profile and website need coordinated hours, addresses, contacts and destinations. Our general local SEO guide for businesses develops those principles. A clinic quote should translate them into named pages and implementation work.

Where several locations exist, specify who maintains each location’s details and how enquiries reach its reception team. A central contact point serving three separate calendars involves a different arrangement from one clinic. Additional sites change both production and review.

Plan content the clinic can approve

Begin with information your team can support: introductions, the premises, requesting a first consultation, documents the clinic asks visitors to bring and answers to organisational questions. Explanations of procedures need input from the responsible professional.

Agree who participates in production and which material can be used. A library of premises and team images gives different messages a usable visual foundation. If images or a participant are unavailable, the calendar needs another production arrangement or format.

Count originals separately from channel versions. Two videos adapted for two platforms are two ideas with four outputs. Specify copy, subtitles, covers and correction rounds so the clinic and agency count delivery in the same way.

Product brands need another scope

A clinic’s brand needs can extend beyond booking consultations. The DR SABRINA reference shows an online shop for eye-area care products. The product, brand image and purchase page share a visual direction. That involves ecommerce deliverables.

Awwwards credits the Shopify website to AwchatOlsenDesign and records an Honorable Mention on 7 December 2023. We use it as a product-brand visual reference. It is not a clinic appointment website or a LTM campaign, and the image does not establish medical or acquisition outcomes.

Separate shop listings and operations from the clinic’s information pages and enquiry forms. They can share a style, while buying a product and requesting an assessment follow different journeys. Do not assume product catalogues, payments or store support are included in a clinic marketing retainer.

Worked budget for one clinic

Consider one location, one city and one language. An editable website already exists, with two service pages containing approved information. The example covers local search, one Google Ads campaign with up to three ad groups and eight original social pieces per month: six static pieces and two short videos, produced through one two-hour session at the clinic.

The client supplies its team and premises. One person consolidates comments, and the clinical lead approves explanations. There is one consolidated correction round within the approved brief. The clinic answers enquiries and manages appointments; the agency does not replace reception.

Illustrative budget item Defined work or allocation Amount excluding VAT
Initial preparation Two pages €800, form journey €500 and campaign preparation €300 €1,600 once
SEO and pages Monthly review and implementation within the agreed scope €700/month
Social content and production Eight pieces and a monthly two-hour session €900/month
Google Ads management Defined campaign, review and adjustments €650/month
Coordination and reporting Approvals, review and a meeting €250/month
Agency total 700 + 900 + 650 + 250 €2,500/month
Media and tools €1,800 advertising and a fictional €80 tool allocation €1,880/month
Recurring total Agency, media and tools €4,380/month
First month 1,600 initial + 4,380 recurring €5,980
Three months 1,600 + 3 × 4,380 €14,740

These fictional amounts illustrate a complete calculation. They are not LTM services available to buy at the individual allocations shown. Three months is the planning horizon for this exercise; the actual fee and contractual conditions belong in the proposal.

Prepare the production session

An illustrative two-hour allocation could allow twenty minutes for setup and sound, twenty-five for an interview, thirty-five for premises and team images, twenty for supporting video shots, ten for checking captured material and ten for packing away. This totals 120 minutes. The actual shoot depends on availability, space and material, rather than a fixed schedule promised by this guide.

Prepare names, roles, messages and the areas that can be shown before the session. If an explanation has not been approved, change the filming order and capture an organisational piece that is ready. This keeps production from depending on resolving a clinical question in front of the camera.

Discuss what the client needs to prepare for the photo and video session. Clear desks, the agreed room and available team members are practical dependencies. The agency can plan images, while the clinic decides which spaces and information are suitable to record.

Filming and publishing are separate assignments. If you want to start with audiovisual material alone, our business Reels production pricing guide distinguishes sessions, originals and channel exports. A clinic proposal then needs to fit that production into approval and the other channels’ calendar.

Identify additional work

The example excludes a new website, a full identity, additional clinics or languages, actors, extra shoots, Meta Ads management, email automation and a call centre. It also excludes clinical database integrations and custom connectors to appointment software.

Licensing and usage are confirmed for the actual production. The tool allocation does not identify a particular subscription. Specialist legal review, where required, is a separate assignment. The proposal should also settle travel, production dates and changes requested after approval.

Approve content before launch

Assign someone to approve clinical information and someone to confirm hours, contacts and availability. One person may fulfil both roles where suitable. The agency needs a consolidated reply with specific changes, rather than conflicting versions from different approvers.

Before choosing audiences, review the advertised service and channel policies. Google’s personalised advertising targeting policy covers sensitive categories, including health. The campaign plan needs to check applicable options. An agency proposal does not guarantee advertisement approval.

Review assets for their intended uses, with the appropriate permissions and licences. An external visual reference should not become a testimonial attributed to one of your clinic’s patients. Clinical outcome messages and selected images need the agreed validation process.

Separate enquiries from appointments

A request for information is a different event from a confirmed appointment. Confirmation does not establish attendance or a clinical outcome. Agree stages with reception before comparing campaigns: enquiry received, contact answered, appointment confirmed and visit attended, using the clinic’s definitions.

For marketing review, use totals and organisational reasons that support a decision: enquiries from outside the area, unavailable appointment times or people the team could not contact. A commercial report does not need to become a copy of clinical records.

Where a campaign can be associated with an enquiry, distinguish the available evidence from complete attribution. A person may discover the clinic on social media and contact it after a branded search. Adding every click or message does not establish a count of new patients.

Use a recognisable first cycle

With access and materials available, begin by checking the journey: page, form and reception response. Then prepare content and validate the campaign. Record published work, outstanding approvals and dependencies that can change the calendar.

The first review should locate friction. If reception cannot handle the enquiries received, check the destination, message and capacity before increasing media spend. If content is delayed, resolve the approval process. Where evidence is insufficient, gather more rather than inventing a conversion rate.

An initial calendar can give each of the eight pieces a purpose. For example, six static pieces could cover the team, arrival information, premises, requesting contact, appointment arrangements and an approved service explanation. Two short videos could introduce the clinic and show how the first enquiry is handled. This is our editorial exercise, rather than a delivered patient acquisition campaign.

Write down the information and images needed for each piece. If a service explanation is not approved, move a ready organisational piece forward instead of filling the gap with an unreviewed medical promise. A named approval date makes that decision easier to manage.

Request a proposal for 2027

Send the location, clinic count, services you want to communicate, languages and current channels. Explain the team’s availability for approval and production, who answers enquiries and which appointment system you use. Describe the work you want to delegate and any opening or change date affecting production.

Tell us what your aesthetic clinic’s marketing needs. We can define services, deliverables, production and media separately. That lets you assess the marketing proposal with an understanding of both the budget and the contribution required from your clinic.
